A: Because our products are made to order and we are at our peak season, it could take 3-5 business days to produce and process your order. (Orders placed Friday may take an additional day)
A: Tracking information will be sent to you via email when the package leaves our facility.
A: If your package is travelling internationally, it will take 24 to 48 hours for USPS.com to update tracking information on their website.
A: If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, it is up to the customer to contact their local post office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim and have the missing package investigated.
A: Unfortunately, your package may be delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control once your package leaves our care. (ie. USPS transit delays, weather, holidays, etc.) If your package is taking an exceptionally long time to arrive, please contact us.
A: Every product has a size chart within its listing. If you are a little confused about the measurements in the size charts, please consider the following:
BODY LENGTH: (The body length is measured in a straight line from the highest point of the shoulder at the join of the collar to the bottom of the shirt.)
BODY WIDTH: (The body width is measured approximately 2 inches below the armhole point across the garment from edge to edge.)
A: To prolong the life of your shirt, turn the garment inside-out and wash it in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat. If you have to iron it, turn it inside out and use a warm iron.
